PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION
Jewels By Talia accepts all major credit cards. Each jewel is handmade to order, therefore please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. When your order is ready, you will receive a confirmation that your Jewels By Talia order has been shipped.
All online purchases are shipped for $7 to the United States. Please allow 7-10 business days for domestic shipping.
All international orders are shipped for $25. Please allow 2-3 weeks for most international shipments.
At Jewels By Talia, we want you to love what you order. If you are not completely satisfied with your selection, we will accept full priced returns by mail within 30 days from the date of receipt. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition. Your item must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any damages, repairs, or adjustments will be accepted within 30 days from the date of receipt. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will work together to perfect your jewels.

Please note: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 1 week.
Please complete the return paperwork provided with your original order and include with your return shipment.
Jewelry is fragile and should be handled with care. Excessive bending will cause the pieces to break. In order to achieve a long lifespan of your jewels, keep adjustments to a minimum. We are not responsible for damages caused by excessive bending or misuse. Keep out of extreme heat or cold. Do not expose to continuous moisture.
